We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after we received the payment. All orders placed during weekend will be ship on Monday. In the events of season holidays and sales, we might take up to 48 hours to ship the orders.
Do you provide free express shipping?
Yes, we do! We proud to offer FREE DHL Worldwide Express shipping for any orders*. The best part is, you will get it within 1-7 days!
However, Final Sales or Flash Sales item will charge a one-time flat shipping fee of $15.
* In case your shipping address is define as remote area, we will charge $30 for the shipping. Please check DHL link below to check whether your address is fall under remote area. http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp
How long it takes for delivery?
For ready stock item, it takes only 1-7 days to reach your doorstep. For pre-order or custom made dress, please allow extra 10-20 days for the shipment.
What type of addresses you can deliver to?
We can deliver to your residential address and office address. However, we do not deliver to a PO Box address.
Do I need to pay for duties or taxes?
You are liable for any duties or taxes that might incurs for your parcel upon entering your country. So please check your country's duties, taxes or any other fee before ordering from our site. What is your return policy?

- Contact us within 48 hours upon received of the package.
- All return parcels must be ship out within 15 days, in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached.
- Refund will be issued through your original payment method or in form of store credit.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases we had made the shipping error.
However, the following is non-refundable:
- Final Sales, Flash Sales and Custom Made item.
- Returns send out after 15 days of the date you received your package.
- Returns received in damage or worn conditions.
Can I return for sales or custom made item?
Final sales, Flash sales and custom made item cannot be returned or exchanged. A refund or store credit will not be issued for any return item under "Final Sales" and "Custom Made".
Can I exchange for other sizes or colors?
Yes, you can! Please email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to exchange for other sizes or colors. We will reserve the size / colors and ship the item after we received the return item from you.
How long can I receive my refund?
Once we received your return parcel, we will takes around 1-2 working days to issue your refund through your original payment method, if the return parcel received in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached.
